It’s still too early for me to post my year-end writing tally–10 days left!–but here is everything I’ve had PUBLISHED this year:

Pictured are:
• All five books in my Anime-esque epic fantasy series The Relicant Chronicles
• My Shakespeare-focused horror thriller Bindings
• The Blooded Coin, the Sherlock Holmes double-book I did with Christopher D Abbott
• My second Systema Paradoxa cryptid novel, Snapped Up, involving the Beast of Busco
• My second Shadowrun novel, a heist caper called Basecracking
• The fourth volume of the Holmes series Cases by Candlelight, featuring stories by Chris, myself, Hildy Silverman, and Robert Greenberger—mine involves Sherlock’s brother Mycroft
• The alternate-Shakespeare anthology Shakespeare Adjacent—my story, “As Agents Adronicus” is a mash-up of As You Like It and Titus Andronicus as a spy thriller
• The speculative cat-themed charity anthology A Future for Ferals—I did a new DuckBob story for it
• Thrilling Adventure Yarns 2025, the latest in Crazy 8’s pulp anthology series—I have a sword & sorcery tale in that, and did the layout
• PRISM: The Mission Files, Crazy 8’s shared-world retro spy adventure series. I have several stories in that, and did both cover and layout.
• An Assembly of Monsters, the latest steampunk anthology from eSpec—this one is based on works by Bram Stoker and Mary Shelley, my story involves a small town known for its rat problem
• Silverado Press Presents Western Stories by Today’s Top Writers—I did a tale tied to several strange incidents about one recurring Western legend
• All four issues of the Shadowrun magazine Augment—I wrote an article in each, as an in-world character, for the Current Events section
In total, that’s eight novels, two novellas, six short stories, and four magazine articles. I’m happy with that.
